My name is Rashad Davis

Shred Juice was born out of a commitment to health, resilience, and transformation. In 2020, after experiencing significant personal loss and overcoming personal health challenges, I began a journey to reclaim my health—losing 60 pounds and discovering the powerful benefits of juicing. What started as a personal lifestyle change quickly grew into something bigger when people began asking about the juices I shared on social media.
In October 2024, Shred Juice officially launched, combining fitness, nutrition, and wellness into a brand designed to fuel healthier living. Rooted in my original fitness brand, Shred Gang, the name reflects my mission: to help people shred unhealthy habits, revitalize their bodies, and embrace a stronger, more energized life.
Today, Shred Juice continues to grow and gain recognition within the community. Every blend is crafted with purpose—using fresh, natural ingredients to support heart health, energy, recovery, immunity, and overall wellness. My goal is simple: to be more than a juice, but a movement that touches lives, inspires change, and makes health accessible to all.
